We will agree a day rate - the estimate is to give an idea of the immediate work that is ready - As I said we have further work which we would also do on a day rate. I should explain we are a developer and the renderers we use recommend we post on this site.
Plasterer required to skim two rooms - probably about 7 days work. There is further work on this project if interested. The rooms are already fully boarded by our site team.
