Hi,
Need a quote for a 3 bed semi. Not sure if I should go wit K Rend or Parex so any advice would be helpful.
Based in Bradford, area to be covered is approx 90sqm but would need to be checked.
Cheers.
Thanks for the input guys. It’s safe to say with that information don’t think I will be using him. Found someone that will be carrying out the full process including the base and meshing.
He was a recommendation, seen some of this work too. However, he tried telling me that a base coat wouldn't be needed as he's applying with a machine! Sounded a little sus to me hence why I've asked the question on here.
Hi lads,
What is the normal process for applying a silicone based render from K Rend? Someone is willing to do the job using a machine but I'm wanting to know if a base coat and mesh would still be needed when applying with a machine?
Isn't a forum a place to come ask the experts for an unbiased opinion instead going to people or tradesmen that will push a product they get the best deal on or try to sell themselves as the best thing since sliced bread??
Everyone I've had quotes from have told me that K Rend (silicone based) is the better product. Conflicting information being given. Is Parex a scratch render?
