The Plasterers Forum - Bringing Plasterers Together
The Plasterers Forum was started in march of 2007 by myself Danny a plasterer. I was annoyed with the lack of information on the net and fed up with forums that were not up to job of providing the service I was after. Since I started The Plasterers Forum it has grown phenomenally over the last year, we are one of the busiest plastering forums on the web. We have over 500 members and these are active members. Just go and visit the forum its a thriving community dedicated to plasterers and the industry. The information that can be learnt from just a few hours of reading would normally take many hours of trial and error in the real world.
The plasterers Forum has helped many young plasterers get into the trade and help the older veterans learn some new techniques. With plastering there is no right or wrong way and the forum is a great example of this as there are so many methods to do the same job which makes the forum a very interesting read. There's more than one way to skin a cat ----> as the long as the cat gets skinned then you have done your job.
A young lad is interested in learning the trade. So he is being followed round by a film crew on his day. Quite an interesting video.
Throughout the site I will be giving my own experiences and will be taking information from the forum but to get the best answer to your question you may find it better to ask on the forum. It doesn't take long to register and the knowledge and people you will meet will be priceless.
