sorry I been not as active as normal recently, hope your all well.
thought this will make you chuckle.
bloke I know via a car club I used to be a member of been on my case lately about rendering and skimming his kitchen.
it's a old stone house absolutely hanging inside, damp and dreary.
I estimated at least a ton and a half of sand to render the walls. it's a lot of gear.
Anyway he's been badgering me non stop to price it, I haven't got the time for the job this side of Christmas but I took a few hours out of a Sunday and looked at it.
after that it was getting messages non stop until I gave him the price, gave him the price and heard nothing for a week.
I messaged him asking what he thinks and this is the reply.
please bear in mind this bloke or his misses haven't ever held a trowel in there life
