Ur only taking a tiny dose for less then a week to recover ur injury or u could go to drs and get him to give u cortisol "steroid" injection into ur elbow
If you've had it for over couple months and hasn't gone away. Go to your local gym and get chatting to the meat heads and get some "gear" of them u only need half a tablet for 3-5 days in the mornings 5mg. I've had tennis elbow for months at a time and both times I've done this it's cleared up...
I think if you've set them back enough you could plasterboard over them if not get some bonding over them nice and flat then u could grit the bonding once it's dry
Stick with the grit if you've not plastered before it will be easier with the timing ,will give u more time to get across the wall and get a clean trowel for it don't use a dirty trowel good clean one and keep it clean
Ok then pick the wall ur gonna do and get the Chase's bonded and flat then pregrit the wall just do the one wall mate u need to leave the pregrit 24 hours after u put it on before plastering then get everything ready send me a pic when it's pregrited and your all ready to start don't spend loads...
Look grounzero, if uve not plastered before and want to try it then I'm happy to give u some help and advise but I'm going to be totally honest with u .your going to go out and buy the plaster and tools your going to prep the walls not knowing what your looking for while u prep your then going...

Hi grounzero , hopefully I can help u here pic one of the rooms preferably a small bedroom to start with and if the walls are sound i.e. solid no blown plaster and the ceiling is sound and no cracks in it then let me know and I can talk u through it
That's ucking stupid! What's going on hawk and trowel , length of straight skirting board to rule off with stop all this shite we don't want to end up like chippys or plumbers that can't work without 100 tools to cut a bloody hinge

You've got a trade, a skill mate don't let these dickheads drag u down to there level. Take a couple days off then get back on the trowel and rip the backbone out of that bad boy again!
