Be quicker in drying sense to board then tile over straight away no waiting around for it to dry,It would have to 100 % fully dried out or the tiles will fall off in couple of months.
I got one i dont need it cus im a sole trader.

They do charge you a hefty charge for paying cash in though !!!! So try to avoid that.
But you dont need them and the banks will just Rape money from you,i...
You rate the sparky ones chris ?you got one ? An electrician freind of mine as a bit of sparky kit and says it does the job more than well.
But they look so flimsey that what puts me off them.
Best to start of with a podger mate honestly. They do a good job for a tenner theyl last ages.Cheap drills are a waste of time,at least buy a good drill second hand but not a cheap s**t drill works out more expensive long term.Once you earnt a few quid and able to buy a decnt drill keep the...
Exterior grade pva or exterior grade stabalising solution. You should NEVER use normal grade pva as there is a high risk render will fall of wall on reactivation due to moisture cold damp conditions years or months later.
Multi trade is the way forward mate and advertise as such offering anything you capable of doing to a good standard.
Even then, there will be no guarantees of work for you.If you have regular work and your happy doing it maybe as well to wait untill things pick up in the building trade before...
I never ask for money up front either.I do think it looks unprofessional, also you can always make money on materials.
I do however always ask for payment terms to be settled in stages (stage payments) if it over £1000 labour or £500 materials unless it someone ive worked for many times or...

No diffenrece in power output. But safety aspect ?? 110v shock or 240 ouch.
You dont need a 3.5kw tranny to power a single drill mixer a small one will do and they weigh **** all.
For safety reasons and safety reasons only all my kit is on 110v all lights drills mixers chargers radios the lot.
Spunks mate is fu c k i n g twisted beyond repair and love to see em mate.Anyhow ..... But his knowlege of sponging women and finnish plaster is second to none !!!
Stainless does defo seem to drag a little in my opinion like i said before but there easy to use and last forever.Carbon does give a better finish mate.
I use both but cus im not plastering every day .day in day out cus i do other trades also the carbon seems to rust and need work on the blade...

£9.50 a m2 is about right for a one off job i.e a 12 m2 ceiling skim only = £120 ish.
But for 150 m2 or max 3 days work (more likely 2 days) cus you say lots of corners and beading etc at £10. m2 x 150 m2 = £1500 this is TOO MUCH !!!!
M2 rate has to be dependant of run of meters and...

If im on stilts on my own i can mix 1 bag a time as thats all i can lift onto the high spotboard. If it a big ceiling ill just make 2 or 3 mixes etc.Depends how strong you are though i guess there guys that can easy lift 200 kilos onto a spot and guys that can only lift 40 kilos.
i cant lift then on my own you need two people. Also when 2 bags in there nearly overflowing so it needs to lifted level or youl lose half of it down your leg.
If im on my own as i often am i mix up 1.5 bags a time so i can move it around
