No its a 4mm mineral finish. Its goes on like an acrylic thin coat.

Was going to use monorex or maxit. This job was to be finished with baumit sep04 mineral but the natural colour is too White apparently. They are willing to spend the money for the right finish.

I have quite large mono job starting over contrete and poroton block. The architect is worried about it losing colour and going green. Is there an alternative that holds it colour better maybe an acrylic.

I got this job the spec had changed from baumit to shg bauprotec. The lime render is going over porotherm blocks and machine applied. The internal is finished with a lime skim and the external with an sep04 which finishes like a thin coat. Is anyone familiar with this system ?

I am pricing a hospital the spec is 12 mm sand cement , 3 mm skim and a recessed skirting with stop bead . I take it to be a shadow gap above the skirting has anyone done this before ? I have with plasterboard but not sand cement.

I thought the beads could of been fixed with dab adhesive but highly unlikely if it has blown a couple of feet.

Its a sponge float, you float as normal and then texture with the spong float I have seen it done but never done it.

he wants a sand cement textured finish done with a napper.Its very popular around meath where i live now.

I have always finished my render with a sponge but I have a house on and the customer wants a napp finish, any tips and do you change to mix compared to sponge finish.

16 to 18 per m2 seems very cheap I heard people saying €50 per m2, does that include render or just the insulation?
