got a dash job and for once it's purely matching into existing which is going to be painted so they're not fussed on a certain chip which makes life easier as I im used to buying it this way from Derbyshire Aggregates, can anyone recommend a supplier for plain dash 6 to 10mm in indiviudal bags...

what a nightmare, personally I'd just avoid any stress and refund her money.. just go to bank the day before and get the full amount in pennies. lol

Evening Gents, Can any one in the South East recommend a supplier for metal stud or even better have fair amount left over from a job there looking to sell? Ideally need it beginning of the week hence the idea of leaning towards local supplier? Have a good wknd

seen artex sealer mentioned a few times, anyone recommend a certain brand? also heard it seals it quicker than pva, double bonus if so!!

looked at a job where a customer had curved ceiling with a purculilar artex design.. he wanted to keep the curve pattern but skim ceiling up to it... He’s not too keen on stop beads for whatever reason so what other options are there. Would running some masking tape in a straight line work then...

had my speedskim a while and love it, now it's properly broken I use it pretty much all the time. Unfortunatly some turnip must have accidentalyl banged it/ dropped it leaving a nasty mark which I have got out slowly with some real fine sandpaper... looks good but it's scratching #my work now...

don't think bluegrit should be used outside ,SBR is the exterior alternative you need

get straight on it when it's wet first and second coats, before you have even washed your trowel. I go across both ways making sure I keep it away from beads as they aren't the toughtest cookies lol they are good but they dont get right in the corner so I end up going round anyway tiding edges up
