Oh well, not my fault surveys don't pick stuff up, bought plenty of houses where surveys don't pick stuff up, just dealt with it, no big deal! Just chill a bit, if you've got nothing to contribute of any use kindly go and complain to the police or someone about people selling houses who've done...
Again not that it's any of your business but the current kitchen is falling apart! Oh and...why do you think surveys were invented? Serious problems get flagged up, if you buy a house and go against what survey says then tough s**t!
