Advice please

I've had my ritmo a few months and just sprayed mono through it,I tried Johnstones base coat today normal set up sprayed great for about a minute pressure drop and ran like piss.done clean up took mortar hose off and set machine away nothing came through machine.full clean out start again same problem done job by hand instead.ive sprayed 300m of mono is it rotor and stator or something else

What speed and water setting did you have? Did you do a mortar test before putting through the hose?

Speed seven water 225,first time second speed 10,hopper back filled with water second time,done mortar test straight through hose

A don't know the difference arti!bought it new off Les .no nothing regarding r&s totally on my learning period b42l a think.av only sprayed Monoblanco through it so first time with BASECOAT

Could be r&s but did you interfere with the speed when running?

Sounds like the r@s. Did u do a bucket test b4 u put the hose on. Water setting change as the r@s get used more. The water setting comes down

Aye mate said r&s,probs ran out a bit early due to my early f**k ups just ordered two hope that's all it is,am still early days with it shitting putting big areas on incase it goes tits up halfway through

If you changed the speed when spraying it would affect the consistency of the gear
