Been challenging one has this, right on the rivers edge, only job I've done that needed a tide timetable to arrange deliveries. Lovely views though.

Sent from my F5121 using Tapatalk there will only be a few beaded angles in this places when completed. Most external angles are to be bullnose or soft ! They do not want any straight margins and all the internal angles are to have a 25mm radius. It is a 175 year old mill and they want the plaster to look as old as poss. There were cows in here 18 month ago

This is an outside view of the house, it was an old boathouse. The end terrace next to it just sold for 500k so god knows what this will be worth

Btw ....there was a cow in my kitchen only an hour ago!!
 
I love timber frames in loft conversion. They are good heat insulators in winters as they keep the houses warm in cold. They also add a classy look to homes.
