No concrete not screed cheers

you can put the celotex under the concrete, a 100 mm concrete oversite is the norm. but we put the celotex on top of the concrete then 75mm screed. are you having under floor heating?
have you had any instruction from building control ?

No it's for an extension slab but digging out the slab area we've hit a big concrete mass slab which is thick just trying ways to keep it in really was going to 75 mm celotex which leaves us 75 mm to play with was thinking of screed but can't find any suppliers no underfloor heating

That sounds ok concrete, celotex then screed.what do you mean you can't find supplier,do you mean your local concrete batching plants don't do screed?

sounds like you have had a bit of good luck ! i would dig out and patch up the oversite to your brickwork, polythene, celotex and screed.
