any one know a good labourer looking for one struggling at mo got a guy cant do a full week and labourer about as good as a chip need labourer who know how to run machine and how to mix can anyone help thanks

I once had someone who was good at sharpening pencils but they ended up going off doing their own pencils, so I stopped training anyone else
