prices on k rend

hi
just looking at job for k rend
what the rates on krend per sq meter putting it up by machine? base and top coat
on 3 or 4 man gang.
and how many meters in a day on a average ?

Have you got a machine or are you looking at subbing it out mate, what do you mean by base coat ?

Have you Actually got a machine or are you trying to get info so you can get it done cheaper, machine applied or hand applied the price is the same

same as above on rates:
subbie rates or contractor rates are the only differing factors here, for subbies = if its hand applied or machine applied its the same price the extra measure you get done with a pump covers the machine etc. contracting firms = they add O&P to their contracts to cover business costs so depending on the size of company/quantity/turnover will determine their O&P.

If you are the contracting company only you know your O&P and obviously you know what the lads get to add up.

heres my estimator External Render Quoter and Calculator put total area in box 1 and just put 1 in box 2 easier that way
