wall problem

Hey guys doing a job tommorow. Basically plaster on one of the walls in the bedroom has come away from the wall. It looks like it wasnt done that long a go it a new barn conversion. It has a large crack in, the wall behind is blocks, the plaster is very hard comes away from the wall almost like ply if you know what i mean and is very thin. How should i best go about fixing it any tips? thanks

If the plaster is blown then it will all need hacking off my friend - How big is the wall ?

You cant 'fix' blown plaster - It needs re-doing - Are we talking multi-finish (if its thin) or S&C coming away ?
