What employers want!!!!!!

Hi guys,

I have been trying to find out what it is a employer looks for in terms of City and Guilds Certificates and other various qualifications. let alone a good personality, please help me find the answer to this question.

What does an employer want??????


I am due to start a five week course c+g cert 6218 and want to know is this worth doing or is there something better i should do for my money????
