I don’t know if u heard of huwsgray builders merchants they brought a local builders for 3 mill, they r doing multi fir £7 plus vat I thought f**k right off keep to Bnq £5.60 a bag

Yes it was Audley Builders before just down the road from me,they were dear as well so didnt use them i could get it cheaper at travis perkins and thats saying something.

I always use Wickes. Cheapest there is round my way :numberone:

Me too all the time . 10% cheaper . Open till 8 so can always load up on way home
 
Wickes with the trade account is good,the only problem is they dont do 8x3 plasterboards and im not maulling 8x4 boards on my own in the van so i go to a buliders merchant to get them to load it.

Oh yes mate a bit rough with the prices most of the lads b4 he (steve) sold it on they left ,they friggin hated him ,they got given penny’s wage rises

Yes even the red haired bird that was on the counter is at Emerys now.
The lad who served me at audleybm this year last worked at Halfords wtf.

8x3 . There’s a throw back . I can remember we used to dab new builds with them in 9.5mm . Thought they were obsolete
 
8x3 or 2400 x 900 never seen them in 9.5 mm i remember 8x 4s coming in 9.5 mm or three eighths in english money.

yup I agree wickes for plaster has always been the way forward for domestic plasterers
