Plasterers 1 Stop Shop

Haha was waiting for you to ask that. We are waiting for it to all be sorted then you can test it all.

Its on the list mate, just waiting for them to get back to me. Will give you a call tomorrow about it

The EZE 24 is £3599.00 + vat, the air compressor is £450.00 + vat. Then you have the choice of a gene or transformer.

Its 110v and weighs only 46kg. At the moment it is only used for spraying not mixing. A mixing unit is being launched soon, again it's 110v and the aim is to make it less than 50kg.

The machine comes with 8m of material hose and will comfortably spray base-coats, thin coat renders, and a large range of other materials including K-rend, Weber and CPI sand and cement. It will spray up to a 4mm grain size. It will also spray up to 16m + (i will confirm max distance, I have had a mind blank!!), however, works at its best around 8-10m.

We would always recommend the machine for the thin-coat side of work, but it is more than capable of doing the other work.

If you want to have a look at it spraying JUB top coat please search: 'EZE 24 thin coat machine' on YouTube.

I am getting videos sorted of it spraying MPFINISH, CPI General Purpose and Weber soon.

If you want to come and have a look please give me a call and I will find a good date for you.

Hope this helps

so at 3600 + vat, plus 450 + vat for the comp, then another 1k for the mixer. so thats basically 5k + vat.

only 8m of hose when it sprays 16m.

why would you buy it above say a ritmo or a m100? similar prices and id imagine they would out perform it?

Hi Nick,

Only a few of our customers have asked for the mixing unit. Most are happy without.
so that's an optional extra.

With regards to the amount of hose you get, this is sufficient and only a small number have requested more. The m300 can pump 60m, that doesn't mean you get 60m of hose.
The same with PFT Machines.

The EZE 24 really shines and out performs the m100 and Ritmo when spraying bucket coats. Also as a 110v unit it is the only one that will spray everything efficiently, including scratch render!

The ritmo 110sprays everything efficiently? With regards to hoses I would have thought 15m would be a minimum. I cant see 8m achieving much. I can see it for acrylic but there are cheaper options and its being sold as a machine that does all. Renders without the mixer seems pointless...

I think k rend do a dash receiver than you can one coat over existing dry dash, not sure if it would be the same for wet dash

From my own experience I found spraying monocouche a very different approach in comparison to hand applying, my first machine was a brinkmann diesel pump, with this pump through trial and error we became more efficient and larger areas were lot less taxing as compared to hand applying. The most important factor was we learned how to protect delicate surfaces and windows without having problems associated with a finely balanced electric mixer pump which we now use very efficiently, for a novice at spraying monocouche and base coats I would think a basic conveying pump would be a good place to start, after that a mixer pump would be beneficial once you have confidence.

Cheers mate, I didn't think you could. My boss is determined to do his house in one coat, and he won't listen...lol. a lot of the councillors have been done up here with one coat but they were all dry dash before.

Good point.although the coat of just a machine that pumps is not that much less than a machine that mixes and pumps.
Are there any others out there apart from the eze?
I know refina sell something although it looks of poor quality

Oasis uses the Refina pumps, see his vids on youtube. He rates them, used to have m300.

OK cheers
Night searcher does good led lights so as scangrip, none of them creates shadows. I have a nightsearcher the battery is poxy, runs off mains as well but tend to overheat, other than that it's a flipping bright light.
