Hello,

I have an M Tec 300 rendering/plastering machine for sale. It's only a year old and it's hardly been used. I have the generator and all the leads and pipes etc that are needed. If you want to know anything about it, or you are interested in it then please email me on ashdownplastering@hotmail.co.uk

just to let you know why I am selling it. My business partner has up and left, leaving me to run and pay for it on my own. Not happy but such is life.

Sorry I have just noticed that I missed an M off. It is an M-Tec M300 The whole lot cost me £12600 I am open to sensible offers. Plus I am not vat registered so we don't need to add 20% on.

No, the payments are ok. I have lost my right hand man and its not easy finding another that I can work with. So it's easier to go back to smaller stuff with my labourer.

Hello,

sorry I haven't been on the net for a couple of weeks. Yes I still have the m Tec, are you still interested?

hello, saw the ad just wondered if you still have the m300 if so what sort of money are you looking for thanks terry

If you did do other manufacturers it would be a advantage. Was offered 40+ house down Thames way a little while ago. Not sure what mono it was but I could see if they still looking good gangs

I hate Weber as you all know. But at least in summer you can put pral.m on and finish same day if you are prepared to take the cracking risks. I use Granicem but it is a slow setter so at this time of year an evening spray and morning scrape which is not labour friendly.

Shame Penlaws don't keep any in stock as a rule, it rubs up lovely.

I've got a job to price in Wimbledon. Blanc du littoral 18mm rubbed finish over 1000m2. Did u scratch let cure then top in a traditional way? Or one coat in to passes?

I did it the traditional two coat method Steve. It really does work nicely.
The job we're top coating as of Monday we're having to use Parmurex because Penlaw don't hold the GF, I prefer the GF over the Parmurex.
How about you?

I've not rubbed either up yet. My old man did say that the Parmurex was nice. I tried a test patch of gr8 and the first sponge brought up a lot of the larger aggragate and I assume that would disappear affiliatedwe another rub
