Thanks! Yeah I had noticed that but since the damp is happening both sides, I presumed it wasn’t the root cause - although it does need to be fixed.

Thanks so much for responding! How do you tell the difference between mono and silicone? How far around/up would you use the the paraguard? Do you think they need to fix the small gap on one side?
