What marmorino effect are you after? The way I was taught was a very quick and easy application, leaving hollows in the top coat for a rough marble effect, not like a traditional venetian. On all of these finishes a 5" trowel was used.

Lecturer is just cl;assroom based, no practical hands on teaching. Teacher is practical. The guy who was at the college I looked at was a teacher and he wouldn't do the lecturing side, which is what they wanted.

Tried a few times to top rendaid the next day. Never ever works for us.

My experience is that mono peels off when you're trying to apply it if the rendaid hasn't had at least 48 hours to dry. Last time I did it was a couple of summers ago on a mates house. Only 7m of mono but I threw my tools in the skip afterwards in a rage :ROFLMAO:

It's done. He won't accept a redo. Scaffold is down monday because neighbours are screwing. It's just an unfortunate event that has caused me a lot of anxiety because I like to leave a perfect job. Stop being pedantic.
