Ah zombie, every time you post I read it imagining you shouting everything all red in the face and gesticulating wildly! You and I are very different but I like you, you're funny (y)

My van is spotless cant be having filth seat covers and rubber mats a must the back a tarp but i dont carry any materials

Bought my previous van @ 6months old. Only do 4K miles a year so had it 10+ yrs. washed it twice - a week after I bought it and the last week I had it. Everyone thought I a new van when I washed it

I think u can tell a lot from a plasterers van,if he keeps it clean he is more than likely a tidy spread,if it's a mess he is a mess of a spread,

I've better things to do than clean vans,I've a 15 plate custom and I've washed it twice since I bought it new, my other transit bought in the summer new, I've yet to wash it,
Your like Beckham with his trainers. Don't clean them just get a new pair when they're dirty

The state of my van makes me sad, keep saying when I get a weekend off I'll clean it but never get one. Mrs making me stay at alton towers this weekend then Working till Xmas Eve then back 27th:(
You need to cut back on the shifts mate, working every weekend and only taking a few days off for xmas isn’t good for you.

No mate your right, pulling it back next year a bit, do a bit of fishing and get my weekends back(y)
Do I mind you saying something similar about this time last year mate? Don't get me wrong, you've clearly a hell of a work ethic, and you're running your business well out of it, and too much work Is obviously better than not enough. In this game, body needs recuperation time too, never mind time to settle the head. Try and make sure u do get urself more time off next year for your just Gona work urself to death at that rate bud. f**k that

You been talking to my Mrs you sound like hero_O;)

Local jet wash to me is brilliant. £2...I just foam brush all around. Blast off at pressure and wax spray.. Think you get 4 mins.. £2 Well spent. Has loads of buttons on machine but I just use the 3 because I'm fxxxxx if I'm putting more than £2 in

Cleaned my van out yesterday, jet wash , jet washed my buckets

Done sod all today except ironing my work clothes ready for next week

I kept my van spotless for a good 10-12 months

then someone hit the side and drove off. they left a crese right down one side so I started to clean it a little less......

then I had a argueement with the misses and reversed it into my gate post and smashed the back light and dented the rear panel

so started caring a little less more

then I had a skip on my drive that I reversed into and smashed the back doors in.

I give up now van looks a state which is a shame as it was immaculate.

Ok say you've had your vehicle a few years and its time to sell.
Why wont the inside of it clean???
And how the hell do you stop the carpets, dash and everywhere getting covered in plaster dust???
Does my nut in. I've just got a new truck...its spotless and I want to keep it that way...but how??
hi ceevee just got a new van myself,......wear overalls always ,......change of footwear when driving,......never eat bait in van,.....covers on seats,.......wash hands always at end of day ,...etc etc and honestly what a difference

Mate...been doing the exact same!
I know a few spreads who have nice 4x4 trucks instead of vans and they wear overalls and change footwear so I've tried the same.
Wow what a difference.
All you need to do is make it part of your routine.
