Anyone help please....
I’ve hire an m tech 200 before I purchase one but I’m really struggling at the minute.
I want to spray k Rend k1 in cream but it’s coming out like water.
When I tried a great colour yesterday the water pressure was on 340 speed 3 and it was perfect for me.
Today i was meant to be spraying cream round a customers house, I set the machine up the same settings as the day before and bam f**k up. It came out like water, but what I don’t understand is that before I put the hose on the product seemed ok coming out of the machine, then I put the hose on and it came out like water. What am I doing room. I wasted too many bags today, I cleaned the machine and put it on the old way hawk and trowel. Any ideas please

Don’t be doing it if you haven’t a clue what you are at.Do you think this is fair on customers?.

is it the water still in the material hose from priming the hose.

did you run the material long enough to get rid of the excess water?

Marco,

I understand you spent lots of time on the phone to Andy yesterday as he explained, different colours will require a different water setting.

From what I have gathered, it’s pure setup where you’re going wrong. Call us again and we can go over it, or pop back in for re training

340 on speed three is too high

As Andy mentioned, call us before you start the machine, when you’re with the machine

Very difficult to help you when you have packed away and aren’t with the machine mate
