f**k... this is like trying to make sense of Andy G's posts.
Do you mean that you did a job 13 weeks ago and were followed up by a concrete company who did the drive.
The concrete company put something on the wall to protect it/facilitate easy washing, but then when they did wash it, your plastering fell off.

Is that about it?

Yes

As Dan says if something else has been applied it will void all warranties.

Hopefully you have some terms and conditions that you can fall back on. I have this maybe 2/3 times a year where customers prat about. You should have something in them that says you do not cover damage by the public or any other contractor.

You need to do some research if she is genuinely going to take you and look at a defence and possible counter claim.

If you want to bite first and have the money hire a solicitor and get a letter sent saying you want correspondence sending to them. Might cost you £200/£300 but will give you an indication if she’s serious

Terms and conditions in the rendering game should go hand in hand together. I wouldn’t dream of touching anyone’s property without them.

Listening to your solicitor @Uga1 .......it’s not you fault .....at all.

Dont understand the thumbs down but don’t touch it or try to repair anything.

You will then become responsible.

Speaking from experience, cost me around £1000 in court fees and took 18 months to sort.
