Whos a low paid plasterer

Domestic work is running a business, it's not for everyone. You can be a great plasterer but not have the business skills to make good money.

One thing is for sure though if you want a couple of holidays a year, you have a couple of kids, and a mortgage (in the south, don't know about the north) and want to be putting some money aside for retirement you have to be charging between £200 - £300 a day. You won't stand a chance getting a mortgage charging £100 a day.

I've always worked hard on my business and now charge minimum £225 per day, more if I think I can get it.

For how hard we work if you are not earning 40K plus it's simply not worth it...there are easier ways to make money.

the norm for what .4 bags is a handy set .i go to work and actually like what i do .im not under pressure .what should i do go in and potter around
The norm for balanced life for instance! I have said it before..... there should be cap - 50m2 and £200 a day at least for us to survive as a trade. Every other trade has a daily target, which is easily achieved and they stop
After that. We- the more the merrier and giving the billy big balls when other trades are asking us did you do all this in one day.
