Hi All,
Recently moved to a new county and want to build up a domestic customer base.
I have made up business cards & started putting them up on shop notice boards & merchants,well toolstation.I have also contacted local trades,sparkies,plumbers,builders & spreads for referrals if they get enquiries for work too small or if they can't fit them in.
I realise they probably think I'm poaching but I'm just trying to get introductions.
In short what have any of you found to work in getting phone calls?

When I moved I put my info in telephone boxes.... got some strange requests though but the money was good!

Tried that but local phoneboxes are now defribulators

I’ve got a guy working right now that I found on mybuilder (I’m a customer not a plasterer). I think they charge 10-15 per lead from what I’ve read.

You could write plastering from £49.99 on your van.... Very tempting !!
