I don't buy it you ain't had a spat with the guy why would you not of gotten to this point without it been put on the forum! I don't believe anyone would be like that that's regular on here without a real grievance towards the other person! But as far as I can see you have done everything to try remedy it and haven't ignored him. Don't believe it sorry

I think it was more or less what I said during the day . It’s alright now after we slept we managed tune it down a bit and I think it’s a good start. Anyway, what big bish is not saying is we went through every single possible problem you can run into on a job. He had to go to the petrol station just to be on the safe side. The only thing that performed flawlessly was the machine. We started spraying and all of a sudden colour change- the supplier mixed two different colours on the same pallet! You cant make this s**t up, so you know what follows . And yes, it was big bish ‘s job so he was in charge, but the guy is not bossy or anything like this and takes opinions and suggestions on board, never told me do this or do that! Always- what do you think? So midday we had to change approach and technics in order to get a good results as we faced factors out of our control.The gear was completely new to me , never used it before, but in this case ,for big bish to as I don’t use accelerators for warriors reasons, so, we had adopt. Setting times were all over the place. From not able to I bar it to stone hard in literally minutes.I was shocked, but I know now how to tackle it next time.
And his labourer quit just before midnight, that’s true to. What amazed me tho- his determination. We all know you can’t expect much from young lads, but I think big bish hit the nail on the head with him. Despite the s**t day we had some proper laughter through the night and we all knew what we were doing and what the aim is- 100% customer satisfaction, no matter what. Just heard from big bish and the customer is extremely happy and said he hasn’t seen a finish like this, but he never saw midnight finish either lol.
Towards the end of the day the customer approached me and asked me why my light is on ? I didn’t understand what he ment until he pointed at the light on the roof of my van . Somehow I managed to flip the switch and the beacon was on all day, what a moron I was.Battery dead and there was midnight push to get me home. All I can say is you have to do what you have to do and in situations like this you need to be around people like big bish and his boy, makes it team work and easy to overcome all problems.
