How much in a day

I've done 3 properties that all was intended to be my forever home just got bored and did it again, this is my last one payed 300k cash spent 120k no debt no mortgage still in my 30s it's all come from my rendering, not previous property's there profits didn't come close to being a spread,
Loads a money!!

Tidy. And yeah already made accounts on all the room renting apps etc. Looked into accommodation student/hospital but the big dogs all over it converting old pubs n castles n s**t

Setting it up is pretty easy for the likes of us, once the finances are sorted. Managing it and dealing with tenants can be a challenge.

Blind... f**k**g BLIND.

You make an offer but there's no bidding. You only get one shot.

Best offer wins.

The system is popular in Scotland. So they'll say for sale, offers over £100k or whatever.
That's the standard up here unless it s fixed price.

@ChrispyUK it was 3 floors.
Attic bedroom
1 st floor 2 nice size bedrooms and bathroom in extension .
Ground floor lounge .dinning room kitchen in extension.
No parking and shared access round back

He was gonna bid 28 grand but went 28.500.
Second bid was 28

Funny old game John. A lot of attics don't have the paperwork to back them up, but regardless, he played a blinder. Getting harder to get a bargain these days though.

Yeah it's made him . Think he ended up with 60ngrand profit. He.s bought another . The one we just rendered. Not made alot on it but hoping for planning for a house at side

Thats another good earner, bit of land on the side. Popped down to bristol last few months to help my mate put up solar panels on new build corner plots. These guys buy houses with a bit of extra land on the side with that in mind.

Been refused first time . Summet to do with no one owning access down side. Architect has moved drive and he.s on council so hope it goes through.

My sisters house has a bit of land she uses to gain access to the back yard. Similar scenario.

You don't have to work particularly hard to make £300+ in a day..

What you need to do is get day rates out your head and price what the job is worth.

Next week my earnings will be..

Monday - 1 ceiling - £200+
Tuesday - wall and a ceiling - £250+
Wednesday - 2 ceilings - £300+
Thursday - 1 ceiling and a couple of walls - £250
Friday - one ceiling and a couple of walls - £250

All taken no more than 8 hours, some a lot less.

Stop thinking day rates!
That’s exactly how I do it pal... chuck me a sat and sun am in too!

@John j one of my Gf's relatives lives up your way, and he's trying to get into property. Been trying to mentor him a bit, and the properties he's showing me are piss cheap in comparison to the midlands. All relative I know, but good pickings in your neck of the wood. Anyway, if he can land one, you'll be the first person I'll recommend to him.
to do what?
