Card machines down to £9.99!!

Just another step towards cashless. Where are the perks of the job then?!
A lot of places going cashless now though. Not good.
Would be gutting if cash got wiped off as currency but wont happen in our working life but maybe in nxt 50 years there wont be cash

Different work and job sizes to some on here I know, but it must be 15 years since I got paid in cash. I just don't take it at all now, and I put "Cash payments cannot be accepted. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, cheques will be accepted but are subject to an additional £25:00 admin fee.".

I rarely use it these days, and from a business point it's just a nuisance. Plus if you make sure that *all of your transactions are completely transparent and traceable then you can rest easy with HMRC etc.
