Can my ex wife claim half of my van ?

Stay positive mate, no good winding yourself up over what she's getting, who's earned the most as that's not the way you'll move on.
Solicitors, Judges legal system originally there to look after everyone ls best interests, but greed has its ways and exploits this.

You stay strong, keep healthy, regroup and keep your dignity.

Cheers buddy, needed to hear that. I know I'll get over it all eventually, it's just the initial kick in the b*ll***s isn't it plus the kids are getting affected by it all. If only they knew eh.

Hate to sound repetitive but time is a great healer.
The kids will eventually see that your ex was the cause and she'll no doubt drop a few more b*ll***s, the truth has a way of surfacing.
A good mate of mine went through the same years ago, his ex slagged him down to his 2 girls on many occasions, he never said a bad thing about her to them. Years later at his daughter's wedding his girls thank him for being the better parent.

Snakes with tits. I don't know if she's said anything to the kids yet as they're young but I do know she's chatting s**t to her friends etc, and definitely isn't telling everyone the truth.

Highly unlikely you will have to tip up the van .

If I was keeping the home - pay the agreed amount
-
If you have loan on it together you have to take her off - obvs (not sure it is a new application)

She has your kids to reside & keep safe -the payout has to be to keep your kids in a loving home .

Agree a maintenance amount - avoid- csa route - get real agreed access or that’s another 5-10k

Fux what anyone else thinks .

look forward to being single dad
It will be heaven

I'm currently paying all the mortgage, even though I don't live there anymore, I'm back at the parents and can no way afford to rent aswell as pay for other s**t I'm currently paying for which Is why I need to sell the house so I can get my money and get my own place.

She's already gone down the csa route, took me of the council tax after 2 weeks and cancelled the joint uc claim after 3 weeks,
Once I get my own place I can have the kids shared cared meaning I won't have to pay any csa, at the moment my mum is kipping on the sofa when my kids stay overnight with me so it's just not fair on her which is why i need to sell up ASAP.

Couldn't give a s**t what anyone else thinks tbh, I have more time to myself now, doing things I want to do that I've never been able to whilst being with her (everything was always about her)

She's now wanting to go through solicitors for future arrangement, just trying to make everything harder and awkward then it needs to be.

Watch out, she getting "tactical" advice somewhere - avoid regular pub or club visits as that can be used to allege you have a drink problem. ( friends mother-in-law put her daughter up to that one), now he gets 1 day a week and had to fight for that.).
I do know someone who successfully "lost" lots of cash by going to a casino regularly and could never remember how much (she) had gambled of her inherited asserts while divorcing a loser - but if a bloke does that they can use that against them.
My guess you won't be able to accommodate 4 kids at once at a new place with what you can afford. Hatch a plan with your mum to have an answer for that, if possible before they try to use that as a reason. Like, say, the bunks are ready in the spare room at your mums place so they stay overnight there, and be out in the day/at yours with you. Ditto meals/cooking etc have a plan so they don't hit you cold.-plus you possibly really will need to do it thataway.
