Sabotage help please!

Been working with a lad who has decided no more rendering, right in the middle of a render job.
Done a gable in silicone. Flat as f**k base coat. Then he decides no more rendering so to prove a point he applied the silicone top twice as thick as it should be as he got to the bottom. (He applies and I rub up).

By the time I'm down there it's a little too set to scrape any off and I've had to rub it up as it is, while cursing and swearing and panicking.
It now looks f**k**g awful the bottom 2m. (only during Devil's hour though)
I mean amatuer.

Owt I can do?
I was thinking of getting a belt sander on the f**k*r and then recoating.
Scaffold comes down very soon so I can't re-do it all from scratch.

Yes see the job through then throw the trowel in!
We did a mono job a few weeks ago when we had that hot spell for a few days,no chance I was going to leave a maté high and dry!
Forgot to say it nearly killed me!

I've given up mate. He just plays the victim card. Rendering's too hard and he just wants to skim. f**k**g easiest bit topping it :mad: Lesson definitely learned.

Luckily it's not for a private customer but a mate who refurbs and it's on the neighbours side. I've offered to recoat it for free but up to now he says it's fine.
Makes me feel sick every time I pull up for work.

Anxiety.

Terrible mate, bet you though he was a good c**t too, at the start. Don't let it cloud your vision though mate..... You just had bad luck there , that's done now (y)
 
There’s no coming back from that this is your livelihood and reputation personally if it was me I would of f**k*d him off there and then once we finished

Get in on the weekend - and get it re done-( The whole lot )(few hundred £ in gear - prime after work
Morning to re/do

You would soon get it back ,if you do regular stuff for them …- then pull up to the job grinning ..

I have run out of gear once on a Sunday fux around on a Sunday & find out -solution a redo on that elevation-. That is my mindset -If something is not right & or could be better /:;;; Only needs a solution- nothing else needs to come into your head -
Apart from packing up a jar of honey -⬅️and a bunch of bananas⬅️

It's done. He won't accept a redo. Scaffold is down monday because neighbours are screwing.
It's just an unfortunate event that has caused me a lot of anxiety because I like to leave a perfect job.
Stop being pedantic.

never mind ceevee, get job done right, even if it means starting again, once job is done , and you are satisfied, take mrs. ceevee out for a barmeal this saturday, have a good day, put it behind you, but make sure the little prick gets no more work off you,

and do not forget, there is a thing called karma out there, what goes around comes around,
and it is gathering up speed and on its way to your little pal

Coming from someone who’s admitted double booking jobs and taking people’s “booking fees” knowing full well you’re gonna let half of those people down on getting their project done. There’s only one can man here soft lad and that my friend is you!

What a c**t. I've had them types work with me before...they end up working for every f**ker until they end up on site skimming working for peanuts or on the dole.

Rendering is brutal though.
