Hi
I have a Tudor style house in Nottingham UK that is being re-rendered in Weber monocouche.
It’s 1930s built with a new breeze block extension on one side.
The finish on the original house has left about an inch and a half of the lower facing brick showing and I am looking for ideas to share with our renderer to endure a water-tight and good looking finish.

This has to be a wind up?
 
Not being a builder myself please will you let me know what the renderer should have done. Is it possible to put another bead a little further down? Please help!

Well as others have said a piece of lead dressed along there (going up behind the render) would have been one way too tackle it, but even if you were going to render straight down to the bricks, you would definitely mask up the brickwork to keep it clean.
The beading on that corner is abysmal. Heaven knows what the rest of it looks like?
