Should I pay bad render

Lookaround

I've just had my garden landscapes including new retaining wall, but am not happy with the render, what should I do? Should I pay? I've told the contractor I'm not happy, they blamed it on the weather! They said they could possibly fill bits and sand it but don't want them to, not confident they will make it much better

Holy f**k**g s**t!
No you definitely shouldn't be paying for that disgrace. They're supposed to be the tradesmen, if the weather wasn't suitable they shouldn't have attempted it.
Personally I don't believe any weather conditions could cause that mess.
@John j even if the weather is shocking, have you ever done work as bad as this?
Oh actually scrub that, I know you have.

Love country and western

Prime and silicone it? Should cover well. I'd be more worried about how long the render is going to last...are those walls tanked behind?...if not the render will start staining and will blow over a couple of winters as water is trapped behind.
