Plaster of Paris - Use on Wall

Hi, long story but I have ended up with a mis-order which is more expensive to return than it cost to deliver.

I have 8 * 25KG of Plaster of Paris. This is more than enough for the area I wish to plaster.

Can I use Plaster of Paris directly to plaster an entire room?

Will be plastering on to concrete block.

Thanks, wall is just a standard concrete block wall as below, never been plastered before. Given this is my first time, I will be slow. I'm guessing from your comment this will dry quicker than other plasters?
