So what does this offer, or do better than say the Ritmo or Predator machines?
I wouldn't necessarily say it does anything better or worse than any make or model.

What it does offer is a far more affordable price tag, with the same output and performance details as its competitors.Whats even better, is quality hasn't been substituted to gain this price - it’s a fantastic build quality that’ll stand the test of time and use.

Alongside that, it will come with the full P1 support and training package, allowing contractors to visit for training sessions as many times as it takes until they are confident with their machine - this is also free!

The predator light sprays up to 26 litres a minute with a D7 rota and stator
Do you use one of these machines? Out of interest, how often to you spray on full speed, off the 240v mains.

We also have another version of this machine available, with the capabilities of using a high output R/S, however, like the predator, it would draw to many amps running at full speed and not work efficiently.

This is why most 240v machines with high output R/S use a soft rubber (to draw less amps) and also rarely spray on full speed.

Don't you come on here throwing your knowledge about willy nilly.

The S3 is the same output as a Ritmo L, using a B4-2 R/S.
See on this you are basically saying it's the same as the ritmo L if you put a slower rotar and stator in, isn't that like saying a skoda is the same as a Ferrari if you put the skoda engine in the ferrari?
Forgive my ignorance just trying to see what's what on the machine. Would an onsite demo be available?

Assuming by the cockiness you have used the machine easy spread was talking about?
On the machine you are stating however would I be able to put 25-30m of hose on

A few points to reply to;

Excuse the cockiness - I know Andy and it was aimed at light-hearted banter. To answer your question, yes is the answer. I have not only used it but serviced and repaired it.

Regarding the R/S output, the Ritmo L uses the exact same R/S as standard —it is the PLUS and Turbo versions that use a higher output R/S.
The motor and many parts used within the machine are the same as those used by its competitors, there are only certain manufacturers of these parts.

Regarding an on-site demo, this is possible, location-dependent. But this won't happen for a while as we are well booked up with demos at our HQ in Cheltenham.

Happy to discuss this in more detail if you call our office on 01242 236699

Thanks for the reply what about the 25-30m of hose, would that be possible
I'm assuming this machine is better than the m200 or is the m200 getting taken off market?

When you used the machine then I take it you were blowing fuses or was that whilst you were servicing it?
I will definitely give you call tomorrow though thanks

Hi,

Whilst this mainly depends on the setup and viscosity of the material, 25-30m won’t be an issue.

The M200 certainly won’t be taken off the market, the 240v is still selling extremely well and is a fantastic machine, in my opinion, having worked on these machines for years, the M200’s build quality and design is superior to the rest - that being said, it doesn’t mean other machines are built poorly.

The MixxMann S3 has been built extremely well and performs to the standards required, the reason for launching this, is a requirement for a cost effective machine within our fleet, sadly the price of the M200 is very high and that has a determining factor as to whether someone buys or not. The machine market overall is now very price driven, hence more brands brining out new versions or lowering costs.

We have had several customers contact us through this happening through use. Fuses weren’t really blowing, the machines were constantly tripping with other issues.

Please feel free to call me in the AM, I won’t be available between 9.30-3.00 sadly, but will return your call.

My direct number is 07891 460532
