homes with spray foam insulation

I see the PCA has now moved on from inspecting rising damp to inspecting attic spray foam insulation, a new lucrative opportunity. Expensive "Repair" is to either remove the foam manually or replace the entire roof tiling.

Some major lenders now reject mortgage applications, even though it was recently installed under the Government Green Homes funding - who put up so many hurdles for installers to cross that not many ,if any, cowboys would bother with.

There's a house in Chelmsford where they've recently had the tiles etc. removed and all the insulation stripped out. A very messy and time consuming process.
