Damp on inside and outside following rain, recently rendered.

The outside of a recently built extension has been rendered. A week or so late there's been a couple of days of rain. I've noticed a damp patch on the inside and outside area of the extension.

Can you please check the attached pics.

Window fitter probably didn’t seal cill to frame with silicone for one, possibly door ain’t level (dips looking from outside from left to the right overall) or cill leans back towards the property or all of the above. Are weep hole in frame blocked? Could release render from frame by 5mm and seal it with coloured sealant but problem is behind the render as above
