Alright folks can any of u give us average cost for hacking off plaster ready for injecting( I'm not doing that part) and then render up its a mid terrace house I've got put a price in with materials I know its a stab in the dark average price would help

Such a hard question to answer really,the difference in price across the industry is massive so to find the true average by asking on here would be difficult,I know how you feel when you don't want to over price but then you don't want to undercut yourself,just price everŷ job to the money you want for doing it and rely on leaving a quality job and reputation to justify that figure to the customer,hope that makes sense?(y)
 
Big no no talking prices. Work out your day rate x how many days to complete. At the cost of materials and bingo you have your price.
 
as previously said there is no price rate for this sort of work its all relative

1 - location
2 - access to property from van
3 - empty house or residential
4 - whats customer like
5 - likely hood of repeat work
6 - how busy you at time of quote
7 - how much you want to do each day
8 - how much yer running costs are
9 - repeat or referral work
10 - how much you want to earn each day

there you go its only just another job...same as any other that you must price every other day???

Yeh its a empty house that I'm hopefully refurbing I've done a few houses for these prop developers its a job in stoke big payers these prop people lol be looking around 120 a day
 
Not alot of info and well really every jobs different , 150m to go at or 5m etc . Shiiiit brick work , thick depth and you have to do it over 2 days . And thats just the start
 
Continued from above two reception rooms around 4 metres each ln length and same for the width and a kitchen extension on back around 4 metres long x 3 metres wide I would hack up a metre high im not expecting a detailed materials bill just on average how long it would take a regular renderer thanks for your help

I would charge £6 per hour mate.should make a tidy profit I reckon.
 
I'd charge a bail of straw for my horse and a carrot to share per day!!
I'm sure any one who asks for advice on pricing hasn't had lots of experience in that field!

Why thank you @Olican , I've had/have far too much on my plate of late to spend time abusing people on the internet. Hopefully I'll have some fantastic news (for me) to let you in on, in the private/G** section before long.
