Always check before you start which walls can get sun shining sideways before you start next job. On those walls spend a bit extra time, don't even bother with any flexi trowels until very end to just polish up. Nela rigid one to put on, then flat one with mt rigid, then second coat with mt, leave it for 10 min, flatten no water, first pass mt with tiny bit of water get it all nice and neat and then wet one with nela flex 2 and cross pass with the same trowel just water on the trowel.

Why f**k about with adhesive when you can get dewalt staple gun and it goes through anything, you don't even have to aim for holes in beads as it goes through the bead too.

Works the treat. Hapennes now and then and you just have to know the timing to get the bubbles out. Best thing is to skim it when bonding or hardwall is just right. Happens as well when you pva it when skimming next day.

Its 100% bubbles from hardball/bonding, left too long without trowelling them out and then he tried to get them out with final pass which caused it to blister.

Looks like air bubbles when you get hardwall on when still wet. Nothing wrong with that but you have to make sure you trowel them out, unless you flexi trowel master as seen on the photos.

Plaster doesn't stick to it. Its waterproof. Its peeling really badly.Had guy once trying to dot and dab a sheet of it onto block wall and he pvaed the back of it 3 times and it didn't stick at all

I use this method on universal one coat if thats what he meant. Would never do that on multi lol

I do, put on, flatten with mt steel trowel, second coat, let it go in for 20 ming, sponge + mt, then wait another 20 min, sponge and flex 2, then give it a hard one once dry, but when toweling, you really have to push the flex hard to give it shine, you can even hard trowel next day if still wet

I use dewalt one, they are nippy but if you careful then it's a dream tool. Can't imagine not using impact for boarding.
