You meed proper diagnosis on the type of damp.
It could well be condensating damp and not penetrating. Very common with solid walls and very often misdiagnosed
Just charge enough through the year to cover down time. Out and out rendering companies will have maybe 1 to 2 months of down time a year. Budget properly peeps

Top 4 for me. (In no order)
Lpool. Utd. City. Chelski.
Chelski team just won it so i cant see them dropping 15 or so points on last yr coming less than 4th
Sounds likk some had took 20% and some had not took any off you.
All in all you need to make up the minimum requirement (20%) based on what you have earned beyond the threshold.
You need to keep a very close eye on what contractors deduct or dont deduct.
Surely your i voices state 20% cis ...
From what i have seen the rotor programme for the ritmos is developing all thw time. There was 1 rotor stator for a while now there are more already available and more in the pipeline for u ritmo people.
It wasnt that popular for expeort to the uk as they were Aimed at the internal gangs with its tilt and walk design and is doorway slim. Mp75 and the like bigger in europe. Its probably only been discontinued because the ritmo came to production.
Personally i think they missed a trick. The jets...
Now and then. People dont let em go that often. In fact i think the early incarnation of the minijet was actually named ritmo before it was minijet long before the ritmo as we know it came out.
No it wont spray "wet bucket" coat or skim
spraying skim tho ! To the minute numbers who can be bothered to do it well thats no loss from a machine poont of view.
The monojet / minijet will however spray 1.5mm mineral texture with a dlower rotor on so spraying texture is easy enough. It also...
Sometimes i wish that eas me. I go for long term with repeat contractors who shag u over but i love it when we do privates.

I have mate. Its on reserve currently for couple of weeks.
Still for the size (similar to m200 maybe tad bigger) its a wise choice. More power easy to move etc yhese older machines are overlooked.

Ive had an offer so its on hold for a couple of weeks. The lad is snowed under so needs acouple of weeks to get down to collect it.

If your still getting a bill rather than a rebate then generally your doi g better ober the year than if u were getting repay.
Youve obviously done enough to justify paying a tad more tax rather than your running cost dragging your nett income into lower regions.
Its all good
Ive prob got a few of them in the lock up. Used em on the cars for years for masking when doing paintspraying.
Some with teeth and some you use a blade.
Make me an offer Ryan
Is right John
How many spreads round this region are still getting mid recession rates while the developers take full advantage of the cheap labour, they will keep it going as long as possible. 3 years down the line yet it only took 6 weeks for the rates to fall by half.
"Spreads" however...
Well the consistency of plaster is non existent. We dont touch it mind but just keeping it moving would be my main advise. No stopping for a brew and a gas while its in the machine haha.

Gypsum mate. Its a terrible sunstance lol
Sets and sticks to all sorts as u know mortar will break down hours and hours after a mix. The chemichal reaction of plaster will happen on que and is always unpredictable.
Whats the 110v machines ceiling generally when it comes to pumping distance/ speed ?
Yeah I know lads using ritmos on site and like us g5 or 330s on domestics but ideally there is a range i recon for each machine.
110 and 240v are ideal for domestic only people.

There is alot spoken on forums about "power" or the most "powerful" and how much machines will spray but i tend to find it irrelevant mostly.
For instance g4/5 quoted as 20lt/m compared to 18 of the 200 or 23 of the 330 etc.
Basically a quote of thw rotor not the machine. We use a pft oem at...
Decided to sell our pft minijet.
3 phase runs the same worm pumps as a g4 or 5. Its a gravity fed machine comes with 12.5 kva genny - briggs and Stratton.
Brilliant machine very portable and powerful. Everyrhing u need here to get spraying.
If interested message or ring for price/details...
It was on hold for a lad who said 100% was having it but then didnt buy it.
Anyway that convinced me to sell it maybe. If i could justify keeping it i would but its not getting the use with the G5 being in constant use

Different rotors for different output as mentioned. It runs on D rotors. When we started out we used to put a slower one on it for small private jobs with detail or access quirks.
They dont make this machine now but when i look at whats being released lately its pretty much identical bar the...
Nothing its a ready to go set up. We have had this machine for a few yrs. No star wheel no corkscrew it falls into the chamber where the mixing paddle takes it then down to the rotor/stator. It does everything a 3 phase should wont spray skimming or bucket coat but everythig else.
I didnt want...
Gravity feed means ypu put the bags in the top like a m200 or a ritmo ithas a contact bolt that presses against the machine head to vibrate it
