Ignore who ;) I gave it a rub down with some wet and dry but it still did tear it up a little so some more TLC needed before I use it again but did feel good when using it

Hi all Got myself a 14" ox ultraflex yesterday going to be its first time out today any recommendations before first use ??? Or should it be OK straight out of the box???

I did a big ceiling last year I split it into three sections then blended them in together using extra time really does help too

I'm sure I've seen them on eBay but if you get stuck I've got a couple in my van old spares

I did these in an old cottage they wanted it matched in with the old plaster I just moulded it with bonding then skimmed it

I use the sheets that have the plastic on the back work a treat for me

Lol they are get maybe 3 or 4 jobs done then get new ones

You know what I did think about that so I tried to keep it off the bottom and not knock the sides too much and it still mixed OK anyway they supply my buckets so if it does no loss to me :):)

The firm I work for decided to buy me a new mixer as my own burnt out on their jobs. They brought me a nordstrand 1800w double paddle I tried it for the first time and have to say I'm impressed. I tried it on a 2 bag mix and it pissed it with ease. The bloody thing felt like it wanted to take...

I do 2 or 3 of these nearly every day I just put board in so level scrim PVA then 2 thin coats over then blend back towards the hole not had any comebacks ......... Yet I use my 600 speedskim so I get the same mould of the ceiling as we all know not all ceilings are level lol

Andy g I don't get you at all, I've been reading all the posts you have put up and these lads on here have been giving you advise and even offers of work and it doesn't sound like you have listened to any one. I'm a plumber by trade but had to learn how to plaster for a firm I worked for...

Honestly never seen it before

I'm not pretending to be anything I asked about the 6sqm ceiling as I didn't know if there was any other way to seal it other than PVA. This time I asked about the bubbles I was getting as I had never seen it before. Big deal I didn't know about the taping method you learn something new everyday...
