hi, not done any dashing for a while and trying to work out how many 25kg bags dash I need. Anyone know how many sqm a bag will cover roughly or is another way to work out as hate having bags over or not enough

It doesnt matter where in the country you live as national planning guidance is england wide. Permitted development rights were relaxed/extended in october 2009 to remove the need for planning permission for minor development on private houses.

You dont need planning permission to change integral garage into living space but you do need building regs.

yea its cause all site plasterers are doing private work at silly prices - roll on when site work gets busy then they can all go back to site
