    Dewalt very good sound DAB is really good never had a problem getting a station as said charges phone and dewalt batteries...works from either 240v or battery has an app which does work but have to make sure Bluetooth has connected it plays your tunes from phone or iPod etc ....     The lot of the problem with the trade is the price they pay on site and we what is paid privately which means good plasterers cannot afford to pay an apprentice a good wage, somewhere like Asda or McDonalds paying £11.00 an hour means apprentices should be paid similar but no one could afford...

    It’s interesting to here everyone’s thoughts on day rates, it would be hard in Scotland to get above 160 a day even though your right 200 and above should be the the right number .....if you have a really good reputation it does work in your favour but what also counts is geographical location...

    I was outside a house were I was doing plastering for a builder, you know the rates are piss sometimes but the works there, anyway a couple come up asking if I am plasterer gave them my phone number, they also wanted other work done so introduced them to the builder he got some work from as well...
