Bubbles in edges of bead, how to fix?
Hi, I live in a new build house and now it's settled for a few years these have come up on a few edges. On a few edges the plaster at the corner has bubbled up a bit and the edges are no longer fully straight. It looks like plastic edge strips have been used and are bubbling in some way.
