    Plastering cost comparison

    Hi , send me your details we have done a few jobs in Lincolnshire etc, we prefer traditional plastering as it’s a better job , but we also do a lot of plasterboard jobs etc . Cost wise u be looking about 20%

    Hi, u want to use a lime render as u will have no cavity, the building will breathe with lime, don’t use sand and cement and also u could use insulation render which would also help the building be warmer,

    Wet render

    Hi , your problem is the bricks, if u look under a window cill u will see a grove or slot( which is a drip detail to stop the water running back to the wall). U could chop off just under them bricks about 50mm and get a renderer to put a bellbead on ,or u could possibly use what Ewi installers...

    Hi , looking at them photos I would check your guttering is not blocked, when it rains heavy go and have a look or get up on some ladders etc. If it’s an old house with no cavity u could have an issue with pointing . Be good if photos of outside too, unless u have some pipe work in attic right...
