Has anyone had success in patching mono and then painting the entire elevation and not being able to see the patch at all. Just curious if the edging of the patch is visible? Any pics if so cheers
Anyone know of an ocr that doesn't micro crack but is a small grain size. Ms20 is the best but is very course and doesn't leave a smooth finish. I've tried weber and ecorend but always micro cracks
Anyone have any tips on patching thin coat spraying? If you tape it off won't it leave a line and if you spray the patch won't the surrounding area build up more then the rest. Just seeing if anyone has any ways?

Here is the wall. Customer doesn't want the textured look. Can I not get the lad to spray in sections and wait for me to catch up. Surely it's the same as hard applying as you still have to leave a join open to go down to the next flank?
Any lads spray thin coat and float? We are looking at spraying and floating just worries how long the scaff joins can be left open while we finish the flank? 10 mins or half hour?
Hi
Thanks for the detailed information. We are looking at spraying and then finish with a float with a ritmo. How long can you leave an open join on a scaffold for. That's what we are worried about
Thanks
What's the A3-2L. Can my turbo be changed to this? Is there anyway of spraying the full amount of thin coat I buy or will I have to stop and clean out the gear with the ball?
I've got a turbo but getting in converted back to b4-2. Is it comfortable with the L? Also cant get my head round having to fill all the pipes up with gear does that mean it will take a tub just to use it and then washing down at the end?
Cheers. I've got a hopper gun but everyone on the the talk group says the finish is miles better with a gun I'm looking at getting the setup for my ritmo but sounds like a right faff to set it up
Anyone been in a similar situation to this?
I've knocked off weep holes on an extension as in parex spec it says they are not needed in monocouche system due to breathability. Builder going mad saying building control will not pass this off. So the customer has taken the spec to building control...
Have any lads always used accelerator in the barrels for a long time and not had problems. Were doing over nights with fassa but soaking the next day so want to accelerate it? How is everyone flushing there machines out? Not sure if i should get the doser
True mate, I just hate the long days with same day makes the day really heavy. I prefer next days but dont want to be scratching concrete. I've got some wickes accelerator I'll bang that in. How many litres to a drum does anyone know? I've got 4 days spraying
Anyone got any tips on cleaning the grill on the ritmo l dont fancy going round with a wire brush. I was thinking of soaking it in a barrel and then jetwash off. I've seen people cleaning ritmo and it looks mint
Cheers for that rigsby. I watched a video by danny von Dutch and he washes the machine out backwards with fairy and hasn't ever had any issues. I had a similar issue using waterproofer. I ended up with the solenoid sticking causing wet spray when starting up again. I looked at the doser but £400...
