Hi. I have just had a lounge wall and large stairwell wall (that includes a window) damp proofed. Membrane, then kingspan 18 thermal board, and then supposed 2 skims. Lounge looks like one skim in places, and stairwell has a couple of vertical long humps on lines I can see. Wooden window ledge...
