green mould spots on new plastered walls

I used to have a glass roof conservatory, I’ve had all the roof and glass removed and an orangery type room rebuilt, IE warm roof, half brick and half windows all way round. The internal walls on the room were plastered 3 weeks ago, I’ve been waiting for them to dry, but now I’m seeing green...
