16-18 year old already in employment

Hi All,

Was wondering if any of you have any 16-18 year olds already employed with your company, even office staff. If so would you consider enrolling them onto an apprenticeship ?

Our Plastering Apprenticeship Summary:

1. Last between 20-24 months
2. 16 weeks training at our Ofsted Grade 1 training academy in Altrincham, split into 8x2 week blocks
3. Followed by onsite assessments once a month at the workplace
4. CITB Grant is £6000 (if registered)
5. £1500 from government for taking on a 16-18 apprentice
6. Apprentice salary between £135-£150 per week

Our EWI Apprenticeship Summary:

1. Last between 12-14months
2. 8 weeks training at our Ofsted Grade 1 training academy in Altrincham, split into 4x2 week blocks
3. Followed by onsite assessments once a month at the workplace
4. CITB Grant is £3525 (if registered)
5. £1500 from government for taking on a 16-18 apprentice
6. Apprentice salary between £135-£150 per week


We also can offer Customer Service or Business Admin to office based staff.
