216m2 Render - would like advice on which is the best type

We have a house which will require rendering in September when some work has been completed. The area to cover is 216m2 and we have done some homework but have fallen on an issue, I am keen on K Rend but my husband prefers Monocouche.

Could anyone advise us of the differences/similarities and pros and cons of both.

The house is in West End Southampton and we would like to speak to local, well qualified renderers who can show us examples of their work.

There will be a lot of internal plaster work available to the right person as well.

krend and monocouche are the same thing lauren some are fine texture some more open but both mono

Monocouche.,just means ,one coat ,in French

They have both same purpose. Being one coat and coloured.if you would like to see samples i have some and in portsmouth.
